From opening his first store at Colonnades, Inder has gone on to grow his portfolio to include City Cross and West Lakes, three thriving stores that have become go-to spots for locals craving their daily coffee fix and nourishing meals made fresh daily. 

A Fresh Start with Soul Origin 

When Inder joined the Soul Origin family, he didn’t come from a hospitality background, but he brought something even more important: belief in the brand and a hunger to learn. 

“I didn’t have a hospitality background before Soul Origin,” Inder says. “But I’ve felt supported from Day 1. Everything is there for you, the systems, the recipes, the procedures. You just have to believe in the brand.” 

That confidence, combined with Soul Origin’s proven training program and strong support network, gave Inder the foundation to build not just one successful store, but three.

“I love the passion Soul Origin has around coffee,” Inder shares. “We really aim to be the best in the market. Every store has that same energy, we take pride in serving something exceptional every time.” 

But it’s not just about great coffee. Soul Origin’s food is all about freshness and nourishment, with every wrap, baguette, and salad prepared daily using premium ingredients. 

“For the salads, I love the Falafel Salad,” Inder says. “But if I had to pick a bread item, it’d be the Grilled Chicken Panini, I even ate it for a month straight once!” 

It’s this mix of vibrant, balanced meals and barista-made coffee that keeps customers coming back and franchisees like Inder proud to represent a brand built on quality, consistency, and care.
