This table sets out the particulars of the Promotion.

Promotion Period Starts at 7:00am AEDT on Monday 1 December 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Wednesday 28 January 2026.
Eligibility Must be a resident of Australia and be a Soul Origin Loyalty member during the Promotion Period and at the date of the prize draw. Must be 18 years old or over (Entrant).
Entry (a) The promotion is a game of chance.
(b) To enter, an Entrant must purchase any of the following products from the Soul Origin range (each an Eligible Product): Small Salad, Regular Salad, Large Salad, Mango Fruit Blend, Summerberry Fruit Blend, Mango Passion Fruit Blend or Passionfruit Fruit Blend.
(c) Upon purchase of an Eligible Product using their registered Soul Origin loyalty card, the entrant will automatically be entered into the draw for the chance to win.
(d) Each separate transaction containing an Eligible Product constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple Eligible Products purchased in the same transaction do not result in multiple entries.
Proof of Purchase Entrants must scan their Soul Origin Loyalty Card to verify their purchase.
Limit There is no limit to the number of entries an Entrant may submit during the Promotion Period, provided that each entry is submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Prize Draw The winners of the Prizes will be drawn randomly (major prizes drawn first) in the presence of an independent scrutineer at 11:00 am AEDT on Monday, 2 February 2026 at Unit 1, Ground Floor, 6-8 Holden St, Ashfield NSW 2131.
Notification Winners will be notified by email, using the email address registered to their Soul Origin loyalty account, on Wednesday, 4 February 2026. Winners will be published on the Soul Origin website within 7 days of the draw.
Claim Period Two (2) weeks from the date of Notification.
Major Prize There are 3 x Tasman Holiday Park Experiences valued at $4,500 each that consists of:
• Return economy flights for the winner and up to 3 guests from the winner’s closest major airport to Bendigo, Victoria (or Melbourne Airport and road transfer, as applicable) (valued at $1,000)
• a 2 bedroom premium villa/cabin within Tasman Holiday Parks or the Golden Days Retro Village, including personalised itinerary of daily experiences coordinated by Tasman Holiday Park (valued at $1,000)

Unclaimed prize In the event a prize is not claimed by 19 February 2026 the Promoter will perform an unclaimed prize draw on 20 February 2026 at the same time and location as the original draw. Any unclaimed prize winners will be notified in writing within 2 business days of the draw and published on the Soul Origins website within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw.

General Terms
1. The above particulars and information on how to enter the Promotion and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms). To the extent of any inconsistency between the Terms and any other published material, these Terms will prevail. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Promoter is Soul Origin (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 168 629 061) of Unit 1, 6 – 8 Holden Street, Ashfield NSW 2131. Telephone 02 8656 5400 (Promoter).
Eligibility
3. Entry is open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. Directors, officers, contractors, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Tasman Holiday Parks (ABN 85 948 476 036), any prize provider and any related companies, suppliers or agencies involved in the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period. Entries must be received by the Promoter within this period to be valid. Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to request winners to provide proof of identity to claim a Prize. Proof of identification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If a Winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Prize will be forfeited in full, and no substitute will be offered.
Entry
6. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must be a Soul Origin loyalty member and purchase an Eligible Product in a single transaction.
7. All entries will be automatically verified through the Soul Origin loyalty program database. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, engages in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion, or breaches these Terms.
8. If an Entrant is found to have breached these Terms, they will be disqualified. All their entries will be declared invalid and any claim to a prize will be void. If a prize has already been awarded, the entrant must return it to the Promoter immediately upon request.
9. The Promoter has the sole discretion to determine whether an entrant has breached these Terms. The Promoter may request any documentation it considers necessary to verify compliance, and an entrant’s failure to provide that material on request may result in disqualification. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from any individual who has breached these Terms are reserved.
Prize Conditions – Major and Runner-up Prizes
10. Prizes are set out in the Particulars. Unless otherwise stated, prize values are based on the recommended retail price at first publication (inclusive of GST), and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in value.
11. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and components may be substituted if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
12. For clarity:
(a) Tasman Tourism Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 636 280 352) as trustee for Tasman Tourism Operations Trust trading as Tasman Holiday Parks (Tasman Holiday Parks) is solely responsible for the delivery, fulfillment, administration and supply of all components of the Prizes. The Promoter does not control, manage, supervise or guarantee any travel, accommodation, itinerary, experience, service or ancillary activity provided by Tasman Holiday Parks or any third-party supplier engaged by Tasman Holiday Parks; and
(b) the Promoter is not liable for any act or omission of Tasman Holiday Parks or any third-party supplier, provider, contractor or agent in connection with the Prize, except to the extent required by law; and
(c) acceptance of the Prize is conditional upon the winner and any accompanying guests agreeing to, and complying with, all terms and conditions imposed by Tasman Holiday Parks and any third-party supplier. If a winner refuses to agree to such terms and conditions, the Prize will be forfeited and no compensation or substitute prize will be provided.
13. Once a winner is confirmed, all travel arrangements, itinerary planning and prize fulfillment will be managed directly by the Tasman Holiday Parks team. The winner will be introduced to Tasman Holiday Parks by email to coordinate all logistics and communication.
14. If the winner wishes to bring an additional guest beyond the number included in the prize, Tasman Holiday Parks can assist with coordinating additional bookings. All extra costs are the sole responsibility of the winner and must be paid in full before any tickets are issued.
15. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from a winner at check-in to the Tasman Holiday Park for all incidental charges.
16. The Prize must be taken within 12 months of the winner announcement and is subject to availability, blackout dates, operational requirements, safety considerations and peak periods. Winners and their guests are responsible for all costs not expressly included, such as meals, additional activities, fuel, travel insurance and any other ancillary expenses.
17. Winners must comply with all conditions of use imposed by Tasman Holiday Parks and any relevant third parties and may be required to sign a release in a form determined by the Promoter.
18. Any guests of the winner under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.
19. If a prize must be taken by a specified date and the winner does not do so, the entire prize will be forfeited and no cash alternative will be provided.
20. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any voucher, ticket or card that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
21. The winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time, must depart from the same major airport and are responsible for transport from their residence to the departing airport.
22. Flights will be provided on the scheduled services of participating airlines and are subject to seasonal embargo periods. Flight itineraries may need to be adjusted in line with the airline’s departure cities and current schedules and remain at the Promoter’s discretion. Frequent flyer points will not be awarded on any flights included in the Prizes.
23. Where the prize includes car hire, the winner must meet all eligibility, licensing and age requirements of the car hire provider and comply with all rental terms. A valid credit card may be required for security or bond purposes. All costs not expressly included in the prize, such as fuel, optional insurance, tolls, excess charges or penalties are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter is not liable for any refusal by the car hire provider to supply a vehicle or for any costs, delays or losses arising from the winner’s failure to meet the provider’s requirements.
24. Where the prize includes a preloaded Visa card, the card is issued subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant card provider. The winner is responsible for activating the card (if required) and complying with all card-issuer requirements. The card cannot be reissued, topped up, redeemed for cash or replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or expired. Any fees, charges or limits imposed by the card provider are the responsibility of the winner.
25. Where the Prize includes travel, accommodation and/or activities, the winner and any guests acknowledge and agree that it is their responsibility to obtain appropriate travel, medical and personal accidence insurance before undertaking any travel associated with the Prize. Any failure to obtain suitable travel is at the sole risk of the winner and guests.
26. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter or Tasman Holiday Parks, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
27. If, due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or Tasman Holiday Parks (including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, civil unrest, industrial action or public health events), the Prize (or any component) becomes unsafe, impracticable, unlawful or impossible to deliver, the Promoter and Tasman Holiday Parks reserve the right in their sole discretion to vary, substitute, suspend or cancel the Prize, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
28. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting any prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax or financial implications that may arise from accepting the Prize.
Limitaiton of Liability
29. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other rights that cannot be lawfully excluded.
30. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, Tasman Holiday Parks and their respective officers, employees, agents, contractors and prize suppliers (each a ‘Released Party’) are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss, liability, damage, expense, claim, delay, injury or cause of action (including loss of opportunity, goodwill, profits or anticipated savings, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising in any way out of, or in connection with:
(a) the Promotion, any entry or the awarding, acceptance or use of the Prize;
(b) any act or omission of any third-party supplier including airlines, car hire providers, accommodation partners, experience providers or card issuers;
(c) any travel delay, flight cancellation, itinerary change, failure of transport, weather conditions, natural event or any factor outside a Released Party’s reasonable control;
(d) any technical issue, equipment malfunction, theft, unauthorised access, tampering, hacking, data corruption, third-party interference or security breach affecting this Promotion; or
(e) any personal injury, illness, property damage, loss or death suffered in connection with the Prize or any activity undertaken during the Prize experience,
except to the extent such loss is caused by the proven negligence of a Released Party.
31. Winners and guests participate in all travel, accommodation, transport, activities and experiences forming part of the Prize at their own risk. Winners and guests are responsible for assessing the suitability of all activities and must at all times comply with all safety instructions issued by Tasman Holiday Parks and third-party operators.
32. If any liability under statute cannot be excluded but may be limited, that liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, including (at the Promoter’s election) resupply of the relevant services or payment of the cost of having those services supplied again.
Further Terms and Conditions
33. Each Entrant agrees that they are fully responsible for their Entry. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes any liability in relation to Entries submitted under this Promotion. The Promoter may remove any Entry without notice for any reason whatsoever.
34. If an Entrant’s contact details change between the date of entry and the Prize Draw, the Entrant must update their details via the Soul Origin loyalty app.
35. If for any reason this Promotion cannot run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter corrupting or affecting the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter can, at its sole discretion, take any action that may be available, and cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
36. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize if an Entrant who claims to be a prize winner is unable to satisfy these Terms.
37. Where required by law, the Promoter will publish the initial of their first name, last name and postcode of prize winners on the Soul Origin website within 30 days of the prize draw (or such other period as required by the relevant authority).
38. The Winner consents to the Promoter’s use of the Winner’s name, likeness, image, picture, voice, statements, testimonials or quotations for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide. The Winner agrees that no additional compensation will be provided for this use.
39. The Promoter may change these Terms from time to time at its discretion by posting the revised Terms on its website. Entrants should regularly check the Promoter’s website for any updates. By entering the Promotion, Entrants are deemed to have accepted the version of these Terms that applies at the time.
40. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, and each participant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State and the courts of appeal from them.
Privacy Notice
41. The Promoter collects personal information about you for the purposes of conducting this Promotion in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Any disclosure of such information will be made as required by law and in accordance with these Terms, but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent.
42. All entries will be entered into a database maintained by the Promoter. The Promoter will collect, use and disclose entrants’ personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, verifying eligibility, and contacting winners. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and its Privacy Policy accessed at: https://www.soulorigin.com.au/pages/privacy-policy.
43. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers (including those outside Australia), and where required, to regulatory authorities.
44. Entrants may access, update, or correct their personal information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter using the details set out below. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants may make a privacy complaint and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.

9. There are 10 Prizes, each comprising a $500 Ticketek gift voucher (Total Prize Value $5,000).
10. The Winner’s use of the Prize, is subject to:
(a) the Prize Conditions; and
(b) additional terms and conditions imposed by the suppliers of the Prize (if any), with which the Winner must comply.
11. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Winner may be required, at the Promoter’s discretion, to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter. If an Entrant under 18 years of age wins a Prize, their parent or legal guardian may be required to sign the legal release on the minor’s behalf.
12. The Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The Prize must be taken as a whole and as stated in these Terms. No alternative will be provided, and no compensation will be payable if the Winner in unable to use the Prize.
13. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the Prize.
15. If there is a dispute as to an Entrant’s identify, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the Entrant’s identity.
16. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
17. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
18. Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not liable (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising in any way out of or in relation to this Promotion including in relation to:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; or
(d) use of the Prize, except for any or all of the above matters in relation to the Promotion for which liability under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law).
19. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of use and requirements.

20. Each Entrant agrees that they are fully responsible for their Entry. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes any liability in relation to Entries submitted under this Promotion. The Promoter may remove any Entry without notice for any reason whatsoever.

SOULMATES CARD

1. By registering and/or by using your Soul Origin Soulmates Card, you consent to the terms of this agreement.

2. To join the Soulmates program, you must be aged 16 years or older. For more information on Soul Origin’s policy for handling minor’s personal information, please refer to Soul Origin’s privacy policy (soulorigin.com.au/privacy-policy)

3. Free Coffee Voucher upon sign up is for small hot coffee with regular milk. Changes to alternate milk, coffee size and syrup add-ons will be charged at an additional cost.

4. Soulmates’ Points will be awarded to customers for full priced products only, unless expressly specified.

5. To accrue a point, you must spend over $3 in a single transaction.

6. You will need to have 5 full priced transactions to receive 5 reward points. This will earn you a $5 reward which can be used on a subsequent visit. If you are registered as a Soulmate you will earn your first point towards your next reward on your next visit. Your $5 reward will expire 10 days from the date of issue.

7. To receive a reward, you must be registered as a Soulmate. To register, follow instructions provided in-store or on our website.

8. The transaction where you use a $5 voucher does not count as a point towards your next reward.

9. A reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. Only one reward can be used in a single transaction.

10. A reward can only be used in a single transaction. Any remaining balance of the $5 reward will be cleared after the transaction. No change will be provided on the remaining balance and it does not carry over to your next reward.

11. While every effort will be made in store to ensure Soulmates’ Points and rewards are correctly awarded, Soul Origin takes no responsibility for technical errors associated with crediting points or rewards onto your Soulmates account.

12. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any points or rewards balance on your Soulmates account is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

13. In the case of a lost or stolen Soulmates Card; Soulmates Members should contact Soulmates@Soulorigin.com.au and a Soul Origin team member will be able to transfer existing card information including Soulmates Points and rewards balances, to a new card. Every endeavor will be made to ensure that the full points balance is also transferred to the new card; however Soul Origin will not be responsible for any points accrued that are lost in the transfer. Cards that are reported as lost or stolen will immediately be cancelled and will be no longer able to be used.

14. We reserve the right to not to accept a Soulmates Card should we believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

15. No fees will be charged by Soul Origin for the issue, registration, activation or use of the Soulmates Card.

16. Should a password be lost or forgotten, Soulmates should go to the Soulmates section of the Soul Origin website (soulorigin.com.au/Soulmates/) where they can enter their email address and click on ‘lost password’. Their password will then be sent to their nominated email address.

17. Soul Origin reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the Soulmates program at any time by notifying members through email or website.
