(a) The promotion is a game of chance.

(d) Upon purchase of an Eligible Product using their registered Soul Origin loyalty card, the entrant will automatically be entered into the draw for the chance to win.
(e) Each separate transaction containing an Eligible Product constitutes one entry. Multiple Eligible Products purchased in the same transaction do not result in multiple entries.

Proof of Purchase

Entrants must scan their Soul Origin Loyalty Card to verify their purchase.

Limit

There is no limit to the number of entries an Entrant may submit during the Promotion Period, provided that each entry is submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Prize Draw

The Prize will be drawn randomly at 11:00 am AEDT on Monday, 10 November 2025 at Unit 1, Ground Floor, 6-8 Holden St, Ashfield NSW 2131.

Notification

Winners will be notified by email, using the email address registered to their Soul Origin loyalty account, on Wednesday, 12 November 2025.
Winners will be published on the Soul Origin website within 7 days of the draw.

Unclaimed prize

Any unclaimed prize winners will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw and published on the Soul Origins website within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw.

General Terms
1. Information on how to enter the Promotion and Prize form part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms). To the extent of any inconsistency between the Terms and any other published material, these Terms will prevail.
2. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms will be disqualified.

Eligibility
4. Entry is open to the Entrants, excluding the Exclusions.
5. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period. Entries must be received by the Promoter within this period to be valid. Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity to claim a Prize. Proof of identification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If a Winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Prize will be forfeited in full, and no substitute will be offered.
Entry
7. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must be a Soul Origin loyalty member and purchase an Eligible Product in a single transaction.
8. All entries will be automatically verified through the Soul Origin loyalty program database. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms.

Prizes
9. There are 10 Prizes, each comprising a $500 Ticketek gift voucher (Total Prize Value $5,000).
10. The Winner’s use of the Prize, is subject to:
(a) the Prize Conditions; and
(b) additional terms and conditions imposed by the suppliers of the Prize (if any), with which the Winner must comply.
11. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Winner may be required, at the Promoter’s discretion, to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter. If an Entrant under 18 years of age wins a Prize, their parent or legal guardian may be required to sign the legal release on the minor’s behalf.
12. The Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The Prize must be taken as a whole and as stated in these Terms. No alternative will be provided, and no compensation will be payable if the Winner in unable to use the Prize.
13. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the Prize.
15. If there is a dispute as to an Entrant’s identify, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the Entrant’s identity.
16. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
17. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
18. Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not liable (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising in any way out of or in relation to this Promotion including in relation to:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; or
(d) use of the Prize, except for any or all of the above matters in relation to the Promotion for which liability under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law).
19. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of use and requirements.

20. Each Entrant agrees that they are fully responsible for their Entry. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes any liability in relation to Entries submitted under this Promotion. The Promoter may remove any Entry without notice for any reason whatsoever.
21. If an Entrant’s contact details change between the date of entry and the Prize Draw, the Entrant must update their details via the Soul Origin loyalty app.
22. If for any reason this Promotion cannot run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter corrupting or affecting the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter can, at its sole discretion, take any action that may be available, and cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize if an Entrant who claims to be a Prize Winner is unable to satisfy these Terms.
24. Where required by law, the Promoter will publish the first initial, surname and state or territory of residence of prize winners on the Soul Origin website within 30 days of the prize draw (or such other period as required by the relevant authority).
25. The Winner consents to the Promoter’s use of the Winner’s name, likeness, image, picture, voice, statements, testimonials or quotations for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide. The Winner agrees that no additional compensation will be provided for this use.
26. The Promoter may change these Terms from time to time at its discretion by posting the revised Terms on its website. Entrants should regularly check the Promoter’s website for any updates. By entering the Promotion, Entrants are deemed to have accepted the version of these Terms that applies at the time.
27. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
Privacy Notice
28. The Promoter collects personal information about you for the purposes of conducting this Promotion in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Any disclosure of such information will be made as required by law and in accordance with these Terms, but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent.
29. All entries will be entered into a database maintained by the Promoter. The Promoter will collect, use and disclose entrants’ personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, verifying eligibility, and contacting winners. 30. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers (including those outside Australia), and where required, to regulatory authorities.
31. The Winner’s names will be published and retained as required by relevant legislation and as specified in these Terms.

1. By registering and/or by using your Soul Origin Soulmates Card, you consent to the terms of this agreement.

4. Soulmates’ Points will be awarded to customers for full priced products only, unless expressly specified.

5. To accrue a point, you must spend over $3 in a single transaction.

6. You will need to have 5 full priced transactions to receive 5 reward points. This will earn you a $5 reward which can be used on a subsequent visit. If you are registered as a Soulmate you will earn your first point towards your next reward on your next visit. Your $5 reward will expire 10 days from the date of issue.

Every endeavor will be made to ensure that the full points balance is also transferred to the new card; however Soul Origin will not be responsible for any points accrued that are lost in the transfer. Cards that are reported as lost or stolen will immediately be cancelled and will be no longer able to be used.

14. We reserve the right to not to accept a Soulmates Card should we believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

15. No fees will be charged by Soul Origin for the issue, registration, activation or use of the Soulmates Card.

16. Should a password be lost or forgotten, Soulmates should go to the Soulmates section of the Soul Origin website (soulorigin.com.au/Soulmates/) where they can enter their email address and click on ‘lost password’. Their password will then be sent to their nominated email address.

17. Soul Origin reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the Soulmates program at any time by notifying members through email or website.

18. Information collected from members at the time of signing up to the Soulmates program is subject to the privacy policy listed at soulorigin.com.au/privacy-policy.

The  Promotion Period means the period starting at 12.01am 25th August 2025 and ending at 11:59pm on 21 September 2025.

Eligible Entrants: Entry is only open to Australian residents (Entrant).
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and related entities are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter: To enter, Entrants must during the Promotion Period:

a) Purchase or customise an ‘OG Pasta Salad’ from a Soul Origin store;

b) Create a video showing their customised OG Pasta Salad order;

c) Post the video publicly on Instagram, tag @soulorigin, and include the hashtag #MySOSalad.

 Judging and Winner Selection

Verification

an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property

1.      By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive,
royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and communicate their entry
(including video content and social media handle) for promotional purposes,
without further compensation.

2.      Participants warrant that their entry is their original work and does
not infringe the rights of any third party.

Privacy

The Promoter will handle entrant’s personal information in accordance
with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available
at www.soulorigin.com.au/pages/privacy-policy.

General Conditions

1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these
Conditions of Entry and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be
acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion
if it is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical
failure, fraud or causes beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

3. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winner.

4. If any Winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to) or does
not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is
unavailable, they forfeit the prizeprize, and the Promoter is not
obliged to substitute the prize.

5. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize
or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter



6. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies that
statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act
2010 (Cth).

7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check
the authenticity of entries. Entries containing offensive or defamatory
comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights,
including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win.

8. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or
claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct
consultation with the Entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the
Promoter’s decision will be final.

9. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without
limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits),
expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained
(whether or not arising from any person's negligence or willful misconduct)
in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for
any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability
is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the
entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regard to the tax
implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.

11. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does
not constitute a waiver of these rights.

General Terms

1. The Promoter is Soul Origin (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 168 629 061), 580 Parramatta Road, Petersham NSW 2049.
2. By participating in any of the above promotions you agree and are automatically deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions (Terms).
3. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and anything else that refers to the promotions, these Terms will prevail.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel and/or suspend any promotion at any time, without notice.
5. By participating in any promotion, you:
(a) consent to (without limitation) the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy;
(b) agree to be contacted by the Promoter through telephone, mail, electronic methods and any other communication methods; and
(c) acknowledge and agree that the Promoter is entitled to perform any of the aforementioned actions without compensation, and that such consent is enduring.

Liability
8. You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

(b) unauthorised human intervention in any part of each promotion;
(c) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of each promotion;
(d) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); or
(e) any delay, cancellation, postponement or attendance of a voucher, if applicable.
9. These Terms do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights a consumer may have under applicable consumer protection laws, which cannot be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s liability, or that of its franchisees, servants or agents, for breach of any such rights is limited to the cost of resupplying the voucher (if applicable).

Statutory Warranties
10. The Promoter does not exclude any rights or remedies in respect of goods and services under the Australian Consumer Law or any other relevant legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
11. Notwithstanding clause 10 above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect, direct or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any promotion except for a liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. You agree to indemnify the Promoter and their respective directors, officers, franchisees, employees and agents (each an Indemnified Person) against any loss, cost, damage or expense suffered or incurred by an Indemnified Person as a result of:

(c) any personal injury arising from or related to any wrongful or negligent act or omission by you in connection with any promotion.

14. The Promoter may use your name and email address for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes across any media worldwide, without further notice and without any fee, unless otherwise advised by you.

The  Promotion Period means the period starting at 12.01am 18th August 2025 and ending at 11:59pm on 31st August 2025.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period.

Eligible Entrants: Entry is only open to Australian residents (Entrant).

How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, each Entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

a) The Entrant must follow the official TikTok account of Soul Origin (@soul_origin);

b) The Entrant must guess the right animal pictured into the latte art to join the draw.

c) An Entry is deemed to be completed upon posting of the comment with the correct animal’s name;

d) The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information caused by an Entrant or occurring during the uploading of an Entry. Further, the Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with communications
services.

Entries permitted: By completing the How to Enter’ method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry (Entry).

Total Prize Pool: AUD $392

Prize Description: The total prize pool is:

1. 70 x $5.60 Soul Origin Coffee Vouchers;

2. The Prize will be given to 1 (one) winner and loaded into their Soul
Origin loyalty account to be redeemed through Soul Origin’s app.

3. The Prize is intended to cover one regular
coffee per day for 70 weekdays. Alternative milks and syrups not included. 

4. To redeem
the prize, the winner must be signed up to the Soul Origin Loyalty
Program.

Prize Draw & Notification of Winners

The winner will be announced on Monday 01st September 2025 (Winner).

The Winner will be
contacted via direct message to the Winner’s Tik Tok account. In the event of
an unclaimed prize by 01stth of October
2025, the Promoter may at its discretion assign the prize to
the entry judged the next best entry, conduct a further judging to award the
prize, or withdraw the prize unawarded. The Promoter is under no obligation
to award any unclaimed prize.

The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify any prize claims and
disqualify any Entrant who submits a prize claim that is not in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions. Errors or omissions may be accepted at the
Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights
at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant or Winner, the
Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the identity

3. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotion Period.

4. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winner.

5. If any Winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to) or does
not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is
unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to
substitute the prize.

6. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize
or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.

7. If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves
the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize
of equal or greater value and specification.

8. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. There is
no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the

9. The prize will be awarded to the TikTok account holder named in the entry
and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will
be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner
the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the
identity of the entrant or winner.

10. Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter.
Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database. By submitting
your Entry, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions and you are
expressly consenting to the Promoter using your information for future
marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant
electronically. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in
accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy which is
located at soulorigin.com.au and advertisements, the Promoter may only
publish the Winner's surname, initial and State/Territory.

12. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory
guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts,
excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory
consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and
Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

13. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running
as planned, including by reason of communications network failure, bugs,
tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause
beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any
affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize.

14. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the
authenticity of entries. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments,
or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including
intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any
automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that
allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may
render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of
non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a
dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the
Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If
the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.

16. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without
limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits),
expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained
(whether or not arising from any person's negligence or willful misconduct)
in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for
any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability
is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the
entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regard to the tax
implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
