It takes around three months for a pumpkin to fully mature, and it takes about three minutes to devour it in one of our delicious salads.

The Bujega family have been successfully farming the same land in Western Sydney since the 70’s, making Bujega Farm a third-generation family run business with some of the best produce in the country. Watch the video to see the farm and learn more.


Bujega Farm is located in Cowra, a small town located approximately 310km west of Sydney in the Central West region of New South Wales.

Sitting on the banks of the Lachlan River, it’s nestled in the border zone between the cool, wet highlands of the Great Dividing Range, and the hot dry plains of Western New South Wales. Perfect pumpkin growing country!
